Coming off the M55 junction 1 sign posted Blackpool/Lytham, at the top of the hill right hand lane, follow BLACKPOOL not LYTHAM. Keep on the main road you will pass a windmill. On the left you will pass McDonalds, proceed along the main road through 3 sets of lights you will pass CSL beds/Oxford square on you left. Follow town centre signs after the main car parks turn left towards the promenade, turn right onto the promenade and head North. Go past the Tower, North Pier, Imperial and the Hilton. Just before you approach the roundabout The Sherwood Hotel is on your right hand side. From Blackpool North railway station taxi will cost you about 4.00
