Leave the M55 at junction 4 (signposted North Shore). At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A 583 (Preston New Road). At the fourth set of traffic lights turn right onto the A 587 (South Park Drive). Keep straight on main road for approximately 3.5 miles to double roundabout and take the second exit off the first roundabout into Red Bank Road. At the promenade turn right and the Leverdale Hotel is on the right about forty yards down the Promenade.
